Refund Policy

Should Karcher Center supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty as a result of us, Karcher Center shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Certain made-to-order items may only be returned for a replacement but not for refund.

If damages incurred are not the result of Karcher Center, we will only accept items back if they are still wrapped in original packaging, within the period of 7 days. These items may be refunded, minus any delivery fees incurred. If the packaging has been opened but not used, Karcher Center will refund less any delivery fees and charge a handling / rewrapping fee of up to 10%. Terms and conditions apply.

Cash refunds will not be given, and any monies due will be paid back into the user’s bank account.
